Refund Policy
1. Who processes refunds
All in-app purchases in Trivia Blitz are processed by Apple (for App Store purchases) or Google (for Play Store purchases). We, as the developer, do not have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds directly.
2. How to request a refund
iOS (App Store)
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used to make the purchase.
- Find the Trivia Blitz purchase and select "Request a refund".
- Choose a reason and submit.
Apple typically processes refund decisions within 48 hours, though it may take longer. Apple's refund terms apply.
Android (Google Play)
- Visit play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
- Find the Trivia Blitz purchase.
- Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.
Google's standard refund window is 48 hours from purchase. Google's refund policy applies.
3. Our commitment
If you encounter a technical issue with a purchased theme pack — such as content failing to download or unlock after purchase — please contact our support team first. We will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement. If we cannot resolve it, we will not contest your refund request with Apple or Google.
4. What happens after a refund
When Apple or Google notifies us of an approved refund, access to the refunded theme pack will be revoked in the app. This is automatic and non-negotiable — it is required by our agreement with Apple and Google.
