  • A description of the issue.
  • Which device and OS version you're using (e.g., iPhone 15, iOS 18.3).
  • If it's a purchase issue: the order number from Apple or Google.

Known issues

We maintain a list of known issues and ongoing fixes. Check the FAQ first — your issue may already have a solution or workaround documented there.

Purchase issues

If a theme pack you purchased is not unlocked in the app:

  1. Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
  2. Wait 30 seconds and restart the app.
  3. If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID or Google account email and the name of the theme you purchased.
